New Years and New Babies :-)

We had a wonderful New Years here in Mexico. We had a traditional dinner and party with our kids earlier New Years Eve, which included three piƱatas, punch and yummy soup. Then our four oldest dorms and our staff here attended the New Years church service. New Years is always going to be a difficult holiday for my family and I because it is also the anniversary of my fathers death, but God always finds a special way to express his unfailing love for me on that day. This time is was with a worship song. At my dads funeral service we sang the song " I'm trading my sorrows, and say Yes Lord Yes Lord Yes Yes Lord", and even here in Mexico we sang that song. How true are those lyrics! Yes Lord!
Along with the new year, my roommate and I adopted a new responsibility. Our house is located directly across from the animal pins, and two nights ago at 9 pm two little lambs were born. One the mom accepted and the other the mom kept head budding and would refuse to let her eat. So my roommate and I decided to take care of her. She is so tiny and precious...but a lot of work. We have to feed her by bottle and everything.
Thanks for all of your support!
